We collect information you voluntarily provide when using the app, such as health tracking entries and account details. When you sign in, we collect your email address and, if you use Google Sign-In, your Google account identifier. We also collect basic usage and device data automatically — such as app interactions, device type, and operating system — to help us maintain and improve the service.
The data we collect is used to provide and improve Poopie Buddy, troubleshoot issues, and enhance your experience. We do not use your health tracking data for advertising purposes.
We will never sell your personal information or health data to third parties, period.
We may use trusted third-party providers for analytics, crash reporting, and app infrastructure. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. Poopie Buddy does not currently display third-party ads. Premium features are offered through in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Poopie Buddy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

We retain your personal data and health tracking logs for as long as your account remains active. Your data is yours — we will not delete it unless you request it. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Poopie Buddy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
